Join us Monday, January 27th, 2014 for Chef Metzner’s Porcelet Dinner. The chef is preparing Yorkshire piglets from the St. Canut Farm in Quebec, Canada. This small, family run farm humanely raises the piglets on an all milk diet. No hormones or antibiotics are ever administered. The resulting taste and texture of the meat are unparalleled and Chef Metzner is proud to serve it for this special event.
